My Philosophy
Management companies and multi-site operators are moving toward much leaner operations. This means the day of the large staff does not call for the daily expertise needed to establish strong and efficient operations. We offer the provision of an economically efficient approach to problem solving and growth with a more directed approach.
Services
- Procurement Services – an electronic platform may be available at no-to-low cost. Negotiated and a full menu of product and service agreements made available and expense management on another level, without additional staff!
- Pharmacy Services – we offer a captive program that gives the smaller operator a fully negotiated and full-service approach to caring for residents in a SNF, ALF or ILF setting. The included services are much broader than average with an eye toward resident outcomes and satisfaction, sound therapeutical interchange that is a ground-breaking approach to determining drug on drug and patient-based interaction. This can improve outcomes, save money and may improve the patient’s quality of life.
- Business Development and RFP assistance. To operators and vendors. I assist providers and vendors to the industry with some higher-level business development assistance. The ability to know and have the intuition of an operator is of high value, especially when selling to the “C” suite. Vendors to Senior Living retain me to assist with introductions, bid analysis and competitive details. Conversely, the industry often uses my consulting services to manage RFP for pharmacy, IT and construction projects of all sizes.
- Leadership recruitment and placement. Lower cost, higher engagement, and orientation assistance. The approach offered disrupts the current industry approach with something much more operator friendly. While the cost of recruitment is a challenge, the guaranty of a placement is weak. Our approach is to reduce the cost and share the risk with the employer, work with the employer to find the most suitable replacement and then to assist and guide with skills coaching and orientation (as dictated by the employer and regulations) for each new hire. This way they are supported in their first 90 days with coaching, assistance, and training. This drives retention and more immediate success. This is a real guaranty.
- Project Management. Any administrative, financial or operations assistance needed on a project basis. From Licensing, regulatory and other key needs, I should be able to help in a concise and economically efficient way.
- Financial. We can help with managing budgets, cap ex and large purchase finance and AR/ AP. Whether it is monthly and routine billing or full-service treasury operations, we can help in a way that is tailored to the client’s needs.
